All of these sites give you real human subscribers, no bots or whatsoever but there is a very big problem. The problem is that, only a few number of people keep the subscription. This means that, majority of the people who subscribe to your channel will decide to unsubscribe after they get their points. If after two days you are able to make 90 subscribers from sub4sub sites, you are likely to have only 20 left after the next day or worst. This can make all of your effort go in vain. Even if you buy the subscribers, they will still unsubscribe.
The only way to get real subscribers is to come up with something people want to see more of. If people subscribe because they want to, they will never unsubscribe. It all depends on your content.
